Shipment Schedule...

Shipments are made Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11 am PST. Orders placed by 12 am PST will be shipped that morning at 11 am PST in concordance with our shipment schedule. Orders placed after 12 am PST will be shipped the following shipping day (Tuesday or Thursday)

If you require your package to be shipped on a different day, please contact us at goody@gumdropsonline or toll free 1-800-418-4637 to schedule.

You will receive an email from us with tracking information once your order has been shipped. If you chose Pick Up as your shipping method, you will receive a confirmation email or phone call from our customer care team to confirm your orders availability and pick up time at our Flagship Location.

Shipping Costs...

Please note: The above prices are for 1-3 Items. $5 will be added to your shipping methods base price for each additional three items.

Please note: That shipping time does not include weekends and that orders leave GumDrops on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Delivery times are approximate and based on packages going to urban areas. Delivery to remote locations may take longer. For a better estimate please visit the Canada Post website.

International Orders...

The shipping method of Standard International does not have a tracking number available. If your package is not delivered with in the specified time, Canada Post requires a 60 day shipping time prior to looking into a missing package.

Additional Information...

If you are purchasing more than one item and they are going to different locations, please place separate online orders for each delivery location.

If you choose to have your package shipped to your place of business please ensure to put the company name on the first address line.
